Why we exist

Checkup Istanbul was founded on a simple observation: the hardest part of medical travel is not the medicine, it is everything around it. Which clinic can you trust? Who meets you at the airport? What happens if you have a question at 2 AM in a foreign city? We exist to answer those questions before you ask them.

How we work

We work with a certified partner facility network in Istanbul and coordinate every step personally: your free consultation, your written treatment plan and price, your hotel and transfers, your treatment day, and your follow-up for a full year after you fly home. You deal with one coordinator, in your language, from first message to final result.

Our three rules

Everything in writing: treatment plan, clinic credentials and a fixed all-inclusive price, shared before any payment. One coordinator, always: the same person answers your WhatsApp from your first photo to your 12-month check-in. Certified facilities only: procedures take place exclusively at Ministry of Health certified partner facilities.

Treatments are performed at leading Istanbul hospital groups within our partner network, including Acıbadem, Memorial, Medical Park, Medipol, Medicana, Medistate and Istanbul Okan University Hospital.
