How payment works

After your free consultation you receive a written package offer. A small deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is paid in Istanbul before your treatment. Nothing is due before you have your plan and price in writing.

Deposit

A modest deposit (confirmed in your offer) locks your operation date and hotel. It is applied in full to your package balance.

Balance in Istanbul

The remainder is settled at the facility before your procedure. Accepted methods, typically bank transfer, major credit cards and cash, are confirmed in writing with your offer, so there are no surprises on arrival.

Currency

Packages are quoted in US dollars. Card payments are processed at the day’s exchange rate where applicable.

What we will never do

No hidden fees, no mandatory extras invented at the clinic door, and no price changes after your written offer. If it is not in your offer, you do not pay for it.

Refunds & date changes

Need to move your dates? Your deposit transfers to the new date free of charge with reasonable notice. Full terms are stated plainly in your written offer before you pay anything.
